Policy Terms and Conditions

1. Policy Terms and Conditions Represented on this Site

We have attempted to market the built-in coverages of the insurance products portrayed on this site as accurately as possible, however, there are many reasons why a policy from the same carrier and even with the same product name may be different than being represented here. Listed are some of the reasons why:

  • Insurance policy coverages, terms, conditions, and limits vary from Minnesota to other states. New products and Riders must be approved for use in Minnesota, and can sometimes be delayed or modified in the approval process.
  • Insurance companies regularly update their products, while we will attempt to market current products customers should always consult the insurance agent for updated information specific to Minnesota approved products.
  • Insurance policies are sometimes modified for particular clients, the policy you have or may receive in the future may be rated or restricted by endorsements during the underwriting process.
  • The policy descriptions on this site are summaries only. You should review your current or future policy for details of coverages, limits, terms, and conditions specific to the carriers being represented in Minnesota.
  • Policy terms, coverages, and conditions must be interpreted specific to applicants situations and conditions, but the coverages represented here may not be available in the state of Minnesota.

Attention: The policy coverages, terms, limits, and conditions expressed on this site are not to be substituted in review of the actual policy definitions. In the event of a discrepancy between a policy and the descriptions on this site - the coverage, terms, conditions, and limits of the policy will prevail.

2. Risk Management and Loss Control Recommendations

4. Not a recommendation as to the claim-paying ability or financial condition of any insurance company's being marketed or represented.

While we strive to associate ourselves with the country's premier insurance organizations or brokerages, we have not conducted a financial review of any condition's of all or any insurance companies listed on this site, likewise we do not warrant the ability of any of these carriers to meet future financial obligations including claim payments.
